What clothing is required at Kur-Royal?
Kur-Royal Day Spa is not a textile-free area. The exception is the Sauna of the Senses, where nude use is permitted. Outside the sauna, swimwear and non-slip bathing shoes are worn.
A Kur-Royal wrap and towels are also provided during the stay. A bathrobe is not required due to the pleasant temperatures at Kur-Royal. Swim shoes and swimwear are available at the counter if needed.
How can the spa visit be prepared?
To avoid skin irritation, it is recommended to refrain from epilation and shaving on the day of the visit. Valuables should preferably be left at home. No liability can be accepted for the loss of valuables brought onto the premises.
What are the regulations regarding appointment cancellations and late arrivals?
Cancellations made up to one day before the scheduled appointment are free of charge. Reserved appointments are held for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If arrival is delayed by up to 10 minutes, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly, while the full treatment price will still be charged.
How can the massage be prepared for?
For a full-body massage, clothing is removed except for underwear. A disposable brief is available on request. Areas of the body not being treated remain covered with towels throughout the treatment. In case of a cold or infection, massages should be avoided until full recovery.
What is the ideal arrival time?
Arriving approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled treatment provides sufficient time to arrive calmly and prepare for the massage. This allows the treatment to begin on time and the full booked treatment time to be enjoyed.
What should be discussed before the treatment?
Before the treatment begins, any relevant health conditions or circumstances, such as chronic illnesses, pregnancy or allergies, should be disclosed. This allows the treatment to be individually adapted and carried out safely. The therapeutic team is available to provide advice in case of questions or uncertainty.
Peace and consideration
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere throughout the spa area, conversations should be kept appropriately quiet and mobile phones set to silent. Photography is not permitted at Kur-Royal Day Spa. This helps preserve the special tranquillity of the spa for all guests.
