Spa Etiquette - To make you feel comfortable

What do you wear at Kur-Royal?

Please remember, Kur-Royal Day Spa is not a textile-free bath (except in our Sauna of the Senses). During your stay with us, please wear swimwear and non-slip bathing shoes. We will provide you with a Kur-Royal towel (wrap) and a Kur-Royal Sari. You do not need a bathrobe in the warmth of the Kur-Royal. You can buy bathing shoes and swimwear at our counter.

How do you prepare for the spa visit?

To avoid skin irritation, do not epilate or shave on the day of your visit to the Kur-Royal. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. We do not accept any liability for the loss of valuables.

When are cancellation fees charged?

There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to 1 day before the appointment. Reservations are held until a maximum of 10 minutes after the start of the appointment. In case of a delay of up to 10 minutes, the treatment time will be reduced by the delayed time and the full price will be charged. Guests who arrive later than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time or do not show up at all will pay the cancellation fee equal to the full price.

How do you prepare for the massage?

For the body treatments, you undress except for your panties. We are happy to provide you with disposable briefs. All parts of the body that are not currently being massaged are covered with towels. You should not have a massage if you have an infection or a cold.

How much time should you plan before the massage at Kur-Royal?

We recommend that you arrive at the Kur-Royal Day Spa at least 10 minutes before your treatment appointment. This will allow you to get in the mood for the upcoming treatments in a relaxed atmosphere.

What you should inform your massage therapist about?

You should inform the therapist about e.g. chronic diseases, pregnancy, allergies. We are sure that the interplay between the professional competence of our staff and the pleasure for all senses in the Kur-Royal Day Spa will make your stay in our house an unforgettable experience.

Use of electronic devices

To ensure that all our guests can enjoy the spa area in complete peace and relaxation, we ask that you adjust your conversations to the surroundings and set mobile phones to silent. Photography is prohibited in the Kur-Royal Day Spa.
