Wellness massages
At Kur-Royal, regeneration does not begin only on the massage table. The warm water of the healing springs, the tranquillity of the historic Kaiser-Wilhelms-Bad and the unique atmosphere of the building already create the setting for a restorative experience in which the body can unwind. A massage continues this experience. From wellness and classic massages to full-body and partial-body treatments and selected combinations, the right treatment can be chosen to suit individual needs.
Appointment Changes and Cancellations
If an appointment for a therapeutic treatment cannot be attended, it can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment time. This allows the appointment to potentially be offered to other guests. For cancellations made later or in the event of a no-show, the full treatment price will be charged. In this case, a replacement appointment cannot be guaranteed. This policy applies to both statutory health insurance prescriptions and private prescriptions.
