First, your ears are briefly massaged, then the candles are held sideward against them. Because of the slight vacuum (chimney) effect caused when the candles are burning, it feels like your eardrums are being gently massaged.
Effect: Ear candles have a positive influence on the air circulation in the ears, forehead and sinuses.

Appointment changes and cancellations
Appointment changes and cancellations for therapeutic treatments must be made within 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment. In case of no-show, the guest is not entitled to an alternative appointment and the full treatment price will be charged. This regulation applies to prescriptions from health insurance physicians and private prescriptions.
Summer opening hours from May to August:
Open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
September to April:
Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
